Philly Area Stalker Called Victim From Jail Day After Arrest, Report Says
A man charged with stalking called his victim from jail just one day after his arrest in a Pennsylvania town, 6abc reports.
Matthew Kwatyra, 30, of Allentown, was arrested on Thursday, June 6, in connection with a stalking incident that happened in Darby, Police Chief Joseph Gabe Jr. said.
According to 6abc, which cites the criminal complaint, Kwatyra had worked with the victim at an Audi dealership before he was last November, and contacted her multiple times via text or email since then. One Caught, Two Sought In Deadly Chester Shooting
One suspect was caught while two were being sought in connection with a deadly shooting last month in Chester, authorities in Delaware County announced.
Damar Macklin, 21, of Chester, was charged with first and third-degree murder, criminal homicide, firearms not to be carried without a license, and other offenses in the shooting death of Kashif Love on Monday, Aug. 22, according to court records and Chester City police.
Macklin, who was arrested on Wednesday, Aug. 24, remained held in Delaware County Prison without bail, records show.

A grand jury in Pennsylvania has indicted a caregiver for stealing the personal information of disabled clients in exchange for nearly $90,000 in PUA funds, authorities announced Thursday.
