Man Who Shot 21-Year-Old Dead Over $181 On Allentown Bridge Sentenced: DA A man who gunned down a 21-year-old during a broad-daylight robbery on a bridge in Allentown has been sentenced to decades behind bars, Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan announced on Monday, June 16. Jose Santiago, 38, of Allentown, pleaded guilty to felony third-degree murder and felony conspiracy to commit robbery. He was sentenced to 30 to 60 years in state prison by Judge Anna-Kristie M. Marks. His wife, 36-year-old Latasha Santiago, who drove the getaway car, was sentenced earlier this month to 10 to 20 years after pleading guilty to felony conspiracy to commit robbery. …
