Columbia Borough Police officers were called to a report of a person struck at Columbia Plaza in the 910-970 block of Lancaster Avenue at 12:19 a.m., according to the release and Google Maps Street View. Video Of Men Who Shot Boy Released By Police In Central PA A video has been released of suspects that police believe were involved in the shooting of a child. The boy was shot in the leg in the 400 block of Union Street around 7:15 p.m. on Feb. 11, according to Columbia Borough police. He was transported to an area hospital by ambulance and his injury is not life-threatening, police report. The police have released the video below of the suspects in this shooting. Public Masturbator Sought In Central PA Police in Central Pennsylvania are seeking a man who touched himself in front of a customer at a local dollar store. Photos show the unidentified man with his genitals exposed at the Dollar General at 960 Lancaster Ave., in Columbia on Feb. 7. He exposed himself and began to inappropriately touch himself in front of a customer, then left the store, police said.
