School Bus Driver Charged After Crash Hospitalizes 8: PA State Police A school bus driver has been charged after eight people were injured in a crash involving the bus and a car, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday.  Terry M. Stroup, 34 of Neville, was wearing her seatbelt but suffered a "suspected minor injury" Pennsylvania State Police wrote in an updated release on Dec. 12. She was taken to Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center in Camp Hill for an evaluation. The crash happened at the intersection of Newville and Oakville roads in North Newton Township at 8:50 a.m. on Dec. 12, PSP Trooper Megan Frazer detailed in the initial release.…

Woman Critical After Being Struck By PAT Bus: Report A woman was in critical condition Tuesday after she was hit by a bus, authorities say. After being struck, the victim was caught between the front bumper of a Port Authority Transit of Allegheny County bus and Liberty Avenue in Pittsburgh shortly before 6:30 a.m., the WPXI reports citing a Port Authority spokesperson. The bus driver has worked for PAT for 23 years, and will be tested for drugs and alcohol, the outlet reports citing the spokesperson.
