Woman Jumps From Moving Vehicle During Traffic Stop In Central PA, Police Say
A 38-year-old woman jumped out of a moving vehicle during a traffic stop, police announced on Thursday, Nov. 2. Marybeth DeJesus of Enola was spotted making a traffic violation at Market Street and South Enola Drive around 11:50 p.m. on Oct. 26, the East Pennsboro Police detailed in a release. DeJesus fled from the police, jumping from her moving vehicle, and running between several houses on Myers Alley, the police explained. A 34-year-old man shot at a security guard during an argument at the Harrisburg Midtown Arts Center last month, police announced on Thursday, Aug. 17, 2023. Steven Woodson was in "a physical altercation with another patron of HMAC" on July 14, city police stated in the release. A known criminal has been charged with rape ad murder 15 days after a woman's body was found under "suspicious" circumstances, authorities say. The man rescued from the Susquehanna River was a sex offender fleeing from the police on Saturday, May 14, authorities say.
