The 52-year-old son of a former US Ambassador started a road rage incident that led to his death, the Dauphin County District Attorney Fran Chardo announced on Tuesday, July 16. Paul Kattouf of Susquehanna Township was found shot dead in the 200 block of State Street (between Second and Third streets) around 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 23, according to the releases by Harrisburg police and the Dauphin County Coroner's office. UPDATE: Luis Morales has been found safe and is back in the care of his family, according to police. ORIGINAL: A search is underway for a missing non-verbal man on the Autism spectrum, authorities say. Luis Morales, 49, was last seen at his home in the 600 block of Hebrank Street on Oct. 28 and was reported as missing on Oct. 31, according to a release by the Lancaster Bureau of police.
