Missing 86-Year-Old Man Sought By Police In PA (
Update

Update: The subject of this report has been safely located. An 86-year-old man is missing, police say. Herbert Garrard left his home in Perkasie Borough on Thursday, July 27, 2023, and has not been seen since, according to area police. He was last known to be driving his 2014 Toyota Highlander, the department wrote in a release. Anyone with information is urged to call borough police at 215-257-6876.

Unique Motorcycle Stolen From Central PA Car Dealership: Police
A unique motorcycle— that looks more like a high-end sports car—was stolen from a central Pennsylvania car dealership on Saturday, July, 16, police say. The red 2016 Polaris Slingshot pictured was stolen from a car dealership in the 400 block of North Reading Road, Ephrata Township, according to area police. The theft of the vehicle with the VIN: 57XAAPFA3G7116778 happened early that morning, police explain. Child, 6, Woman, 28, Shot In Harrisburg
A child and a woman were shot Monday night in Harrisburg. The shooting happened in the 1400 block of Berryhill Street before 7 p.m., according to area police. When officers arrived, they found two victims, a 6-year-old and a 28-year-old woman. Both victims were taken to the hospital. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact police at 717-558-6900.

Residents in Lower Paxton are urged to shelter in place due to a gunman. There is a barricaded gunman on Manyunk Road near Pennswood Apartments, say area police. Police are working to deescalate the situation. In an effort to keep residents safe the police ask that all people in the area shelter in place until the situation has been resolved.
