Dominic Raul Lopez, 20, also known as "Dom" and "Easy," is accused of robbery, aggravated assault, and riot, according to the Penn Township Police Department. Lopez is additionally wanted for fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer after failing to appear in court, police said.
Lopez is described as a 6’3” Hispanic man weighing 185 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Investigators say he is known to frequent Hanover and Littlestown, Pennsylvania, where he has family.
