Philly Man Caught With Gun After Being Pulled Over With Expired Registration In Westtown: PD
A 30-year-old Philadelphia man who was barred from carrying weapons was arrested with one in Chester County after being pulled over with an expired registration, authorities said. Isaiah Lewis was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and other violations, Westtown-East Goshen Regional Police said in a press statement on Tuesday, Sept. 17.
