Man Dies After Crashing His Motor Scooter Into PA School Bus: Police A 41-year-old man is dead after his motor scooter struck a school bus in Philadelphia at 1:29 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 5, police said. The motor scooter was northbound on the sidewalk of North 2nd Street near Nedro Avenue when it struck a traffic control device, then a Dodge Journey that was parked along the street, and finally a school bus, according to the Philadelphia Police Department. The bus was stopped at the traffic light facing east on Nedro Avenue, police said.
