More than 200,000 lawnmowers are being recalled because some have overheated, leading to fires and causing injuries, officials said. Ryobi is recalling more than 217,000 cordless lawnmowers due to a fire hazard after nearly 100 reports of overheating incidents, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said in a news release on Thursday, Feb. 6. Wegmans Food Markets has teamed up with Uber Eats to offer grocery deliveries for customers, Uber said in a news release on Thursday, Jan. 23. A 38-year-old man was shot by a Home Depot security guard in a Philadelphia parking lot, according to police. Officers responded to reports of a person with a gun in the 4600 block of Roosevelt Boulevard at 3:11 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 7, the Philadelphia Police Department said. Driver Brandished Machete During Road Rage Incident In Whitehall: Police
An Allentown man is accused of threatening others with a machete after a car accident on Saturday evening, May 18, according to state police. Authorities said Robert Reyes was involved in a crash on Route 22 in Whitehall before he and the other driver pulled into the Home Depot at 1350 MacArthur Road.
