A Montgomery County man raped a 10-month-old boy while making child pornography, according to authorities. Brian Groo, 24, of Horsham, was charged after a video of the infant being raped was found online on Wednesday, Oct. 30, the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office said. A Lynnewood Elementary School teacher is accused of masturbating in Perkasie's Lenape Park, according to a criminal complaint filed in a Bucks County court. Matthew P. Gagat, 47, is charged with open lewdness, court records show. One suspect was arrested following a barricade situation in Horsham on Tuesday morning, June 11, authorities say. Police said they were called about a domestic dispute on Horseshoe Circle around 4:30 a.m. A woman fled her home and went to a neighbor's house, telling police she had been physically assaulted and threatened with a rifle, according to officials.
