A lovers' spat led police in Pennsylvania to a Delaware mom wanted as a fugitive from justice in New Jersey, authorities said Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Officers took Tiffany Casapulla, 31, of New Castle, DE, into custody after responding to a domestic incident on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024, at approximately 5:18 p.m. on the 1100 block of Sterling Avenue in Linwood, PA, Lower Chichester police said. Bucks Man Who Flagged Down Officer For Ride Had Meth, Was Wanted Out Of NJ: Police
A man wanted for assault in New Jersey was found with methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia while walking in Pennsylvania, police said.
Richard Parsons, who records show had an active warrant out of Greenwich Township, NJ (unclear if Warren County or Cumberland County), flagged down police for a ride Easton Road in Lower Saucon, PA around 3:15 a.m. on Sept. 19, authorities said.
