The accused gunman in a fatal Philadelphia shooting is "armed and dangerous," city police warned in a release on Thursday, July 18. Leiber Manrique, 53, is wanted for the July 15 killing of Omar Gaitan of the 700 block of Knorr Street, authorities said in a release. Gaitan was sitting in his Honda CRV when he was shot in the face on the 500 block of West Ruscomb Street, according to investigators. Two men were stabbed in the back on Sunday night, Lancaster City Police announced on Monday, July 15. Marvin Henson has been charged with aggravated assault and Emelidihbette Murphy has been charged with harassment following the second stabbing police explained, although court documents were unavailable as of Monday at 1 p.m. The two men were fighting each other in the 100 block of N. A medical issue sent a car into someone's front yard on Saturday, police in Lititz announced on Sunday afternoon. The driver of a sedan was heading north of South Broad Street/PA Route 501 when they "experienced a sudden medical issue causing them to lose control of the vehicle. Seven firefighters were injured when two tankers, from two different companies, collided on the way to a massive warehouse fire in South Central Pennsylvania on Friday night, according to separate releases issued the following morning, July 13. A popular family restaurant closed suddenly on Tuesday morning after a car slammed into it, the owners announced. Stonybrook Family Restaurant, located at 3560 East Market Street was forced to close after someone backed into a corner of the brick building on July 9, as the owners explained in a Facebook post. Deadly Shooting Under Investigation In Harrisburg: Police
One man was shot and killed in Harrisburg early Friday, July 5, city police say. Officers responded to gunfire on the 1100 block of North 3rd Street around 1:30 a.m., authorities said in a release.
