Fatal Overdose Lands PA State Prison Drug Dealer More Jail Time: DA An already incarcerated 31-year-old man was sentenced to more prison time after pleading guilty to the overdose-related death of another inmate, the Buck County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, Oct. 2. Allen Rhoades, 31, of Doylestown, was sentenced to seven to 20 years in prison for providing the drugs that led to the death of Joshua Patterson, 22, of Philadelphia, while both men were serving time on Monday, Aug. 1, 2022, the DA's Office detailed in a release.
