Coroner Reveals Cause Of Death For Manheim Mom (Update) A 66-year-old mom of two has died following a house fire, authorities announced on Thursday, July 24.  Beth Hill Yanni, of the 2600 block of Lebanon Road in Manheim, Rapho Township, was taken to Lancaster General Hospital after "being caught in a fire at her residence," as written in the Lancaster County Coroner's report.  The fire broke out at her home around 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 24 — she was pronounced dead in the trauma bay at 9:39 p.m., the coroner explained.  Following an autopsy, her manner of death was ruled accidental and the cause was 'Smoke Inhalation and T…

Pennsylvania Woman Drowns In Waterfall At Glacier National Park (Updated) A 26-year-old Pennsylvania woman died after falling into the water at Glacier National Park in Montana, according to officials.  The National Parks Service said Gillian Tones of North Apollo slipped on a rock and fell into the water above St. Mary Falls on Sunday afternoon, June 23.  Witnesses said Tones was washed over the falls and trapped underwater for "several minutes," rangers said in a release.
