An Ephrata man, already a lifetime Megan’s Law registrant, is facing charges for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl, subjecting her to repeated abuse over the past two years, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department on Wednesday, Nov. 20, and an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Daily Voice.
