A Lebanon County Constable has been charged after he left his gun in a public restroom, the District Attorney's office announced on Thursday, Aug. 29. Lebanon County Constable James Drahovsky left his gun in the public restroom at the District Justice Office located at 502 State Drive on Monday, Aug. 26, Chief County Detective Jonathan Hess detailed in the affidavit of probable cause. A man was shot dead and a police K9 was injured during a foot pursuit in Harrisburg, city officials announced on Sunday. Kendrell Tyree Hall, 22 of Harrisburg, has been identified as the man fatally shot on Sunday, according to a release by county press secretary Diane McNaughton. Convicted Quakertown Rapist To Spend Nearly 50 Years In Prison, DA Says
A Quakertown man was sentenced on Tuesday, May 28 for sexually assaulting two children, according to the District Attorney's Office. Matias J. Martinez Morales will spend between 18.5 and 47 years in prison followed by five years of supervised release, prosecutors said in a release. Authorities said they launched the investigation in November 2022 when a 16-year-old told Quakertown police that Martinez Morales raped her when she was 4. Bristol Man Pleads Guilty To 4-Month-Old Son's Murder: DA
Tyler Sullivan pleaded guilty to the third-degree murder of his infant son in a Bucks County court on Wednesday, May 29, according to the District Attorney's Office. Authorities have said they were called to Sullivan's Radcliffe Street home in Bristol last May 25 to find his 4-month-old son Timothy was "not breathing and cold to the touch."
