A 23-year-old man has been arrested following a "child luring" incident, Swatara Township police announced in a release on Tuesday, Oct. 15. Nestor Monsalve-Prieto of Harrisburg was charged with a Felony for Lure Child Into A Motor Vehicle on Thursday, Oct. 10, the police said and court documents confirmed. Ten inmates were revealed to have been hospitalized for drug overdoses in September, Dauphin County Commissioner Justin Douglas said at a meeting on Wednesday, Oct. 9. Grave Robber Arrest In Swatara Township: Police
The man who stole a grave monument from a cemetery has been identified and arrested, Swatara Township police announced on Friday, Sept. 27. Anthony Reyes-Pabon, 24, of Harrisburg has been charged in connection with the theft of a grave monument at the William Howard Day Cemetery. Reyes-Pabon was charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking, Institutional Vandalism of a Cemetery, and Desecration of Venerated Objects. He was taken into custody on Friday, Sept. 26. A supposed attempt of "suicide by cop" left the Dauphin County District Attorney ruling that four Harrisburg Police officers were justified in shooting a cocaine dealer, according to a release on July 2, 2024.
