Felon On Probation Caught With Drugs After Lancaster Chase: Police A felon on probation was found with drugs and cash after leading police on a chase through Lancaster Township on Saturday, Jan. 18, authorities announced. Debron A. McCain fled officers attempting to stop him for a traffic violation near Wabank Street and Comet Drive at approximately 12:41 p.m., Lancaster Township police said in a release.
