Seth Ian Warren Charged With Felony For Attacking Police A Conestoga probationer allegedly assaulted a woman and attempted to disarm an officer during a domestic disturbance in Elizabethtown, police announced Monday, Nov. 4. Seth Ian Weaver, 32, of Elizabethtown has been charged with felony disarming a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and summary criminal mischief, according to the police and confirmed by court documents. Road Reopens After Crash In Elizabethtown: Police (Update) A detour was put in place in Elizabethtown on Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 4, area police announced.  Travelers were asked to avoid the area of South Market Street between Plum Street and College Avenue will be closed due to a traffic crash, the Elizabethtown Borough Police said in a release at 2:16 p.m.  "Traffic is being detoured and motorists should expect delays," police said.
