Multiple MedEvacs After Wrong-Way Driver Strikes 5+ Vehicles On Rt 15: PennDOT A wrong-way driver caused a crash that left several people seriously injured and shut down parts of Route 15 in Cumberland County on Friday, Jan. 17, police said. Upper Allen Township Police were first alerted to a driver heading southbound in the northbound lanes of Route 15 near mile marker 41.5 around 4:40 p.m., according to a press release. Moments later, dispatch reported a crash near mile marker 37. Police determined that the wrong-way driver struck at least five vehicles, causing disabling damage to all of them.
