Crash Blocks Route 30 Lanes, Causes Major Delays In Lancaster County A crash involving a tractor-trailer and another vehicle is causing significant traffic delays on Route 30 in West Hempfield Township, authorities confirmed on Wednesday morning, Nov. 20. The accident occurred in the eastbound lanes near the Prospect Road exit around 6:30 a.m., according to dispatch. The tractor-trailer is reportedly stuck in a construction hole, completely blocking all eastbound lanes at Roosevelt Avenue in York City, dispatch said.
