Seth Ian Warren Charged With Felony For Attacking Police
A Conestoga probationer allegedly assaulted a woman and attempted to disarm an officer during a domestic disturbance in Elizabethtown, police announced Monday, Nov. 4. Seth Ian Weaver, 32, of Elizabethtown has been charged with felony disarming a law enforcement officer, misdemeanor simple assault, misdemeanor resisting arrest, and summary criminal mischief, according to the police and confirmed by court documents.
