Pennsylvania Parents Of 6 Drown In Florida Rip Current, Sheriff Says Two Pennsylvania parents drowned in rip currents while vacationing in Pennsylvania Thursday, June 20, authorities said. Brian Warter, 51, and Erica Wishard, 48, were with their six, mostly-teenage children when they got swept out by a rip current at Hutchinson Island, a beach in Martin County Florida, the county sheriff's office said. Two of the teens were with their parents and were able to break the current, the sheriff's office said.
