The man, who was not identified, stabbed a man and a woman inside a residence in the 500 block of James Street in Upper Merion Township at 8:50 p.m., the Upper Merion Police Department said in a news release. Philly Man High On PCP Charged In Fatal Crash: Montgomery County DA A man on PCP was charged with vehicular homicide, the Montgomery County District Attorney announced on Thursday, Oct. 31.
