A passenger has been found guilty of Involuntary Manslaughter for a fatal crash on Interstate 78, the Berks County District Attorney's Office annoued on Friday, Oct. 11. Dustin Micheal Harbaugh, 37, of Lebanon, was convicted for causing the crash that killed Jason Carl Blauch, 38, of Myerstown, according to the DA and his obituary posted by Rohland Funeral Home Inc. The driver of a vehicle that struck and killed 14-year-old Dawn Watson has been arrested, US Marshals in Philadelphia announced on Thursday, Oct. 10. New details have been released in a July 2024 crash that left a 78-year-old man dead in Bucks County. Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested and charged for causing the crash that resulted in the death of the other driver, Michael Maddock, just before 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 16, the Warminster Township Police Department said. Vehicular Homicide Charges Filed Against Eastern PA Man: Police
A Warminster man was arrested for vehicular homicide on Thursday, Oct. 3, according to police. Nicholas Toth, 43, was arrested without incident and arraigned before Judge Christopher O'Neill, the Warminster Township Police Department said. Toth was charged with Homicide by Vehicle, Reckless Driving, and Driving Vehicle at Safe Speed, according to police. Toth's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 4, according to court documents. Unsecured bail was set at $100,000.

Motorcyclist, 26, Killed In Hit-Run Crash Was From Mount Pocono
A 26-year-old motorcyclist from Mount Pocono was killed in a hit-and-run crash in Monroe County, authorities said. The fatal crash occurred at about 11 p.m. Friday, Aug. 16 on State Route 611 at Cayuga Drive in Coolbaugh Township. A 41-year-old Bensalem man is accused of fatally hitting a pedestrian in Philadelphia, authorities say. Christopher Sorensen was arrested in Kensington on Wednesday, July 31, Philadelphia police said in a release. Sorensen was driving east on Allegheny Avenue when he struck Christopher Cabrera near Frankford Avenue on July 17, according to investigators. Cabrera, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene.
