Bucks Coroner Seeks Next-Of-Kin For Woman, 65, Who Died At Reading Hospital The Bucks County Coroner seeks help finding next-of-kin for Charlene Johnson, who died on Monday, Sept. 16 at Reading Hospital. She was 65 years old.  Her last known address was on the 300 Block of S. 4th Street in Reading, the coroner's office said on Thursday, Sept. 19 in an email to Daily Voice.
