Authorities in Warrington were called about a child locked in a parked car and discovered a stash of stolen merchandise instead, according to police. Swastika Painted On Telephone Pole In Bucks County
Police in Warrington are seeking the vandal who painted a swastika on a utility pole. The offending image was found on a Verizon pole along residential Folly Road early Friday, Oct. 27, authorities said. It was apparently made using white spray paint and measured about a foot in each direction, according to Warrington police Chief Daniel J. Friel. The responding officer was able to cover it up immediately using traffic marking paint he had on hand, officials said. A U-Haul employee brought his son to work this week to help him assault a coworker with whom he was feuding, authorities claim. Kenneth Brian Sarratt, 52, is charged with simple assault, reckless endangerment, and harassment, said Warrington Township police in a statement. His 29-year-old son Kenneth Damani Sarratt faces the same charges plus one count of illegal firearm possession, the department said. Police in Bucks County are warning parents about the potentially dangerous "Orbeez challenge" after responding to an incident at a Warrington movie theater Monday night. An elderly man suffered a traumatic brain injury after being struck by a car in Bucks County, authorities said. The 66-year-old pedestrian was hit by the vehicle not far from where he lived on Street Road just east of Taylor Avenue around 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 12, Warrington Township police said. The man was caught on surveillance breaking the front window of a Lukoil gas station store on Easton Road and stealing cigarettes and drinks around midnight on Friday, March 18, Warrington Township police said.
