Missing Berks Child 'May Be At Special Risk Of Harm': State Police State police in Berks County are seeking a 5-year-old boy who they say "may be at special risk of harm or injury."  Michael Balthaser of Strausstown was last seen with 30-year-old Noah Balthaser near 28 Main Street in Upper Tulpehocken Township around 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, troopers said in a release.  Michael Balthaser is described as 3-foot-5 and 60 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. I-78 Crash Victim Was 25-Year-Old 'Devoted Mother' From Lehigh Valley Five people were killed in two separate crashes on Dec. 14 on I-78 eastbound in Berks County, authorities said. One of the victims was 25-year-old Thalia Jackson, of Easton, the county coroner's office confirmed on Dec. 16. She was the front-seat passenger in a Nissan Xterra driven by a 58-year-old from Phillipsburg, according to Pennsylvania State Police. Death Toll Rises To 5 In I-78 Crashes, Victims Identified A fifth person has died after two separate crashes Tuesday on I-78 eastbound in Berks County, authorities said. Joshua D. Del Toro, 21, of Reading was pronounced dead at 9:47 p.m. Wednesday at Reading Hospital, the Berks County Coroner's Office said Thursday.
