Pittsburgh Road Closures For Funeral Procession Honoring Chief Walsh The City of Pittsburgh is advising motorists of road closures and transit detours planned for Monday, Nov. 25, during the funeral procession and Funeral Mass for Battalion Chief John P. Walsh. A Funeral Mass honoring Chief Walsh, who died in the line of duty last week, will take place at 10 a.m. at Saint Paul Cathedral on North Dithridge Street in Oakland. Large Sinkhole Reroutes Traffic On Route 202 In Montco: Authorities Crews are working to patch up a sinkhole that collapsed a portion of East Dekalb Pike/Route 202 in King of Prussia on Monday, July 10. It happened between the Tires Plus and Walgreens stores just east of the Pike's intersection with South Henderson Road, Upper Merion police said.  Repairs are expected to take all day Tuesday, July 11, they added. Traffic is being detoured to Saulin Boulevard and South Henderson as workers repair the highway.  Drivers should avoid the area entirely if possible, authorities said.

I-95 Reopens After Deadly Crash In Delaware County A portion of I-95 in Delaware County has reopened after a Thursday morning crash that left one person dead, authorities confirmed. The crash was reported just before 5:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes at mile marker 3.6 in Chester, Pennsylvania State Police said in a Wednesday afternoon release. Police say the incident began when a driver in a dark-colored sedan struck another car and subsequently fled the scene, according to police.
