The Philadelphia woman charged with murdering 72-year-old Richard MacFarland will stand trial, the Bucks County District Attorney's Office announced Thursday, July 18. Woman Shot Dead On North Philly Street, Suspect In Custody: Police
A suspect is in custody for the murder of 48-year-old Rasheedah Lane, according to Philadelphia police. Jerome Edens, 67, surrendered to police on Tuesday, July 16, PPD wrote in a release. Lane was found with multiple gunshot wounds on the 2100 block of North Camac Street on July 9, according to officials. She was taken to Temple University Hospital where she succumbed to her injuries an hour later, authorities said.
