Convicted Felon Arrested For Fatal Bathroom Shooting: Lehigh County DA A 56-year-old man who was shot dead on Friday, Oct. 4 has been identified and his suspected shooter is in custody, Lehigh County District Attorney Gavin P. Holihan announced.  Christopher E. Potter was pronounced dead at the scene at 6:36 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, according to the coroner's release.
