A 19-year-old Bucks County driver has been charged in a Philadelphia crash that killed a pedestrian, authorities said — even more troubling, he was arrested last October.
Joseph Vannauker, of Levittown, is facing charges of homicide by vehicle, murder, and reckless driving, for the 12:05 a.m. crash on Castor and Aramingo Tuesday, Aug. 22, Philadelphia police said.

Four Allentown men are in custody following a "targeted operation" by state and local police, authorities announced.
The group were arrested on Friday, Nov. 4 on various charges in a sting, said Allentown Assistance Police Chief Michael Becker in a statement.

A Bucks County woman was arguing and speeding when she lost control of her car and crashed, killing her 56-year-old boyfriend two months ago, Yahoo News reports citing the Bucks County Courier Times.
Theresa Dowling, of Northampton Township, was going 94 mph on Lower Holland Drive — a 35 mph road — around 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Feb. 21, the outlet says citing police.
