Manheim Mennonite Dad Struck Dead Driving Amish Boys, Friends Say A Mennonite dad was struck dead on Wednesday morning, Oct. 10, according to the Lancaster County Coroner's Office.  Eldon Kreider, 43, of Manheim was driving a pickup truck when he was struck by a sedan at the intersection of Hossler and Breneman roads in Rapho Township at 8:42 a.m., the coroner said.  The driver of the sedan "pulled out in front of him at the intersection," a family friend said.
