A reckless Philadelphia driver was arrested after being pepper-sprayed in northern Virginia after police said she almost hit a motorcyclist then led a pursuit. Deputies were brought to the 3000 block of Warrenton Road in Stafford where the county sheriff's office said Carla Yengo Kahn, 32, had nearly struck a motorcyclist in her Ford Mustang, and was driving all over the roadway around 12:35 p.m. Sunday, June 2. PA State Trooper Caught On Cam Kicking Driver In The Chest Authorities Say
A Pennsylvania state trooper is accused of assaulting a motorist during an arrest earlier this year, state police say. Israel T. Moore "used his right leg to deliver two strikes to the upper torso of a motorist who led troopers on a vehicle pursuit on the evening of Feb. 13" according to a criminal complaint filed by internal affairs.
