Journalist Josh Kruger Knew His Suspected Killer, Philadelphia Police Say
Philadelphia police have obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect in the killing of journalist and activist Josh Kruger. Robert Davis, 19, is wanted for murder and related offenses, PPD Lieutenant Hamilton Marshmond said during a press conference on Friday, Oct. 6. He is considered armed and dangerous by authorities. Shock and sadness spread following the murder of Philadelphia activist and journalist Josh Kruger. Josh Kruger, 39, was shot seven times in his home on the 2300 block of Watkins Street around 1:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 2, in the Grays Ferry section of the city, police said.
