Fourth Suspect Arrested For Attack On Off-Duty Cop In Philadelphia Arthur Jones was arrested by US Marshals in Southwest Philadelphia on Tuesday, May 28.  Jones, 38, was wanted in connection with the assault and robbery of PPD Officer Eric Rodriguez on May 12.  Marshals said he was hiding in a hotel when law enforcement tracked him down around 11:30 a.m. He surrendered without incident, authorities said.  Officials have said several people assaulted Rodriguez on Oxford Street and stole his gun. Marshals Seek Suspect For Assault Of Philly Cop Authorities are seeking another suspect in the May 12 attack and robbery of an off-duty Philadelphia police officer.  A $5,000 reward is offered for the capture of Arthur Jones, US Marshals said in a release.  Jones is 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds with black hair, brown eyes, and a tattoo of dice on his left forearm, according to officials.
