1 In Custody, Another Sought In Assault-Robbery Of Off-Duty Philadelphia Officer (Details) Police have issued an arrest warrant for another suspect in the assault-robbery of an off-duty Philadelphia officer. Arthur Jones, 38, who is considered armed and dangerous, is wanted for the incident that happened on Sunday, May 12 in which the officer was assaulted and disarmed, police previously said. Yusef "Duke" Coleman had previously been arrested in the West Oxford Street incident, police said, while one woman was wanted for questioning.
