Philadelphia Man Indicted In Fatal South Jersey DWI Crash
A Philadelphia man has been indicted in connection with a fatal DWI crash in Cumberland County, authorities said.
Brian A. Trexler, 23, of Oakmont Street, drove off of Route 347 in Maurice River Township on May 30, 2021, striking several trees, New Jersey State Police said.
Brad M. Geist, of Philadelphia, a passenger in the back seat, was killed while two other passengers were seriously hurt.
Trexler was indicted on five counts including vehicular homicide and assault by auto, according to the grand jury indictment.

Bucks Bridge Jumper, 29, Rescued From Delaware River With 2 Broken Legs: Police
A 29-year-old Pennsylvania man was rescued nearly 200 yards down the Delaware River from where he jumped off of a New Jersey bridge, and hospitalized with both legs broken over the weekend, authorities said.
The Furlong, PA man had parked his vehicle on a Stockton, NJ bridge around 11:15 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, then jumped into the water, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Alejandro Goez said.
The Bridge Commission reported the vehicle stopped on the bridge, bringing authorities to the scene.

A man wanted by New Jersey State Police was found with 3,000 doses of heroin when the US Marshals Service showed up at a Pennsylvania apartment to arrest him, authorities said.
Jamar Young, 34, of Trenton, was arrested on narcotics-related charges at the Racquet Club Apartments on Veterans Highway in Levittown around 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 13, Middletown Township Police Chief Joseph Bartorilla said.
