Driver In Deadly Delco Hit-Run Was Fleeing Police In Stolen Car, Troopers Say State troopers have announced charges against the driver who allegedly hit and killed a motorcyclist while fleeing police in Delaware County last month.  Zamir Walthour was spotted in a stolen Toyota Camry on MacDade Boulevard in Ridley Township late on Jan. 12, state police said in a release.  Walthour fled when Chester city police tried to pull him over and intentionally rammed one squad car during his escape, troopers wrote.  He pulled onto I-476 southbound from MacDade Boulevard and was driving down the shoulder when he struck 53-year-old motorcyclist Firoz Jahangir from…
