A man accused of killing a young New Jersey mother is in critical but stable condition after being shot by police during a tense confrontation in Philadelphia.
Spencer Majett, 29, who has been charged with murder in the Tuesday, Oct. 8 killing of 23-year-old Felicity Vanatta of Salem, NJ, was injured after a police pursuit turned violent on Thursday, Nov. 7, police said.
