Birthday Party Sexual Assault Of Child Leads To Arrest Of 35 Year Old Man A Pennsylvania man wanted for sexually assaulting a 13-year-old at a Lancaster County birthday party has been arrested, Manheim Township police announced on Monday, March 10. Matthew L. Castleberry, 35, of Elysburg, was caught after Montour police in Columbia County stopped a vehicle he was riding in. Officers confirmed his outstanding warrant, and he was taken into custody before being transported to Columbia County Prison, police said.
