Son Of Superbowl Champ Fled Scene Of Crash Killing Dad Of 2: Reports
The son of a Super Bowl champion— who played for the Steelers', Eagles, Jets, Broncos, and Vikings— Quarterback Bubby Brister, has turned himself in to authorities in Louisiana in connection with a deadly hit-and-run, according to multiple media outlets.
Walter Andrew Brister IV, 21, fled the scene after crashing a black Range Rover SUV into that 44-year-old Jude Jarreau at Ben Hur Road near the Louisiana State University campus, The Advocate reported.
Jarreau died at the scene, but Brister was seen turning onto a nearby street after the crash, the outlet reports.

Volunteer Lehigh Valley firefighter and devoted father Eric C. Gubich died at his home in Bethlehem on Wednesday, Sept. 14. He was 36.
A graduate of East Stroudsburg University, Eric worked at Samuel Adams Brewery, his obituary says.
Eric was also a social member of the Hecktown Volunteer Fire Company, according to his memorial.
Eric loved spending his free time hunting, snowboarding, dirt biking, and in nature. He was also a big fan of the Eagles and Phillies.
Above all, Eric will be remembered as a dedicated father to his young son, Parker.
