NJ Teen Confesses To Armed Carjackings At South Philly Wawa, Ikea: Feds A Camden teen admitted to committing two armed carjackings in south Philadelphia, one at a Wawa and the other involving an Uber driver, authorities said. Zamer Williams, 19, pleaded guilty on Tuesday, Dec. 17 to two counts of carjacking and one count of brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence, U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Jacqueline Romero said in a news release. Jackknifed Trailer Closed I-95 For Several Hours In Philadelphia Interstate 95 has reopened in Philadelphia following a tractor trailer crash early Thursday, Aug. 8. The trailer jackknifed in the 6:30 a.m. crash in between exits for Vine Street Expressway and Columbus Boulevard. 6abc says HazMat teams were called to the scene for a fuel spill. As of 10 a.m., the highway had reopened but residual delays were expected. I-95 SB is now open. Traffic has begun moving but expect residual delays.
