An Ephrata man, already a lifetime Megan’s Law registrant, is facing charges for allegedly raping a 13-year-old girl, subjecting her to repeated abuse over the past two years, according to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department on Wednesday, Nov. 20, and an affidavit of probable cause obtained by Daily Voice. Condolences are flooding in following the death of a 38-year-old woman on the PA Turnpike. Kelly M. Little, 38, was stopped in the right westbound lane in Clay Township around 2 a.m. on Thursday, April 11, when she was struck by a tractor trailer, police said in a news release. The tractor-trailer was going 65 mph when it struck Little's Mercedes-Benz and flipped the car on its passenger side, troopers said. Little, of Harrisburg, was pronounced dead at the scene. Central PA Fire Chief Admits To Sexually Assaulting Teenage Volunteer In Text Message: Police
A central Pennsylvania fire chief allegedly sexually assault a 16-year-old who was volunteering with the fire department, police say. Clay Township Fire Chief, Donald E. Moyer, 52, of the 500 block of Hopeland Road, Stevens, PA, supposedly touched "the buttocks and back lower torso and pubic region," of the teenager following a training session at the fire station on June, 14, according to the police release. Moyer had "asked the junior firefighter to join him in a secluded area between parked fire apparatus and used his hand to caress the buttocks of the victim," as stated in the release. …

Wedding Day Crash Widows Bride In Lancaster County
A Lancaster County man died in a motorcycle crash on Saturday night, hours after his wedding. Kevin Lee Logan of Ephrata has been identified as the motorcyclist killed in Clay Township, according to Northern Lancaster County Regional Police. He was traveling south on Hackman Road when, for an unknown reason, he drove off the road and hit a utility pole around 9:30 p.m. The road was closed for more than three hours.
