The defendants included Michael Williams, the 53-year-old owner of TDI Towing in Philadelphia, his three sons-in-law Michael Bruce, Kevin Schwartz, and Patrick Hopkins, his wife Deborah Davalos, and her sister Lisa Davalos. PA Catalytic Converter Theft Ring Shut Down, DA Says An organized catalytic converter theft ring operating in multiple Pennsylvania counties has been busted up with the arrest of five men, authorities said. The ring operated in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia counties, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. An unknown pair operating a silver Mercedes Station Wagon removed the catalytic converters from two cars at 215 Old Route 13 and 320 Pond Street during the early morning hours of Feb. 9, Bristol Borough police said. One truck was stolen from Corson Street and the other from Jefferson Avenue in the early morning hours of Feb.10, Bristol Borough police said. Both trucks were found later that morning in the borough with the catalytic convertors sawed off, police said. Police have determined that a 2005-2010 Lincoln is involved in the theft of both trucks.
