Butler Avenue in New Britain around 2:30 p.m.  When the 16-year-old got into an argument with an employee, police said he went around the counter and punched the worker in the face. The victim told police that Dean E. Toothman Jr., 30, was the man harassing them, which resulted in police issuing an arrest warrant on March 21, according to the Central Bucks Regional Police Department.
