'How Guilty, Ashamed I Am,' Says Bucks County Dad Sentenced For Killing 4-Month-Old Son
A Bristol Borough man was sentenced to up to three decades in Pennsylvania State Prison for killing his 4-month-old son, authorities said.
Tyler Sullivan, 31, was sentenced to 15 to 30 years in state prison on Tuesday, Aug. 27 on murder and child endangerment charges by Common Pleas Judge Gary B. Gilman.
Before being sentenced, Sullivan gave a lengthy, tearful statement, admitting “how guilty and ashamed I am," according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.

A Bucks County man was sentenced to 22 to 46 years in state prison on Thursday for repeatedly stabbing his estranged wife during a brutal attack in front of their child last year, authorities said.
Walter Joseph Vandoren Jr., 44, of Bristol Township, had pleaded guilty in May to attempted homicide, burglary, criminal trespass, simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, terroristic threats, and criminal mischief, according to the Bucks County District Attorney's Office.

A Bucks County man who violated a protection of abuse order in repeatedly stabbing his estranged wife last August admitted trying to kill her before a judge on Wednesday, authorities said.
