Officers responded to the 7400 block of Oxford Avenue in the 2nd District at 11:42 a.m. and found the woman alone in the apartment, according to a release. The situation was declared a barricade at 12:08 p.m., prompting SWAT to be called to the scene, police said. Barricade Situation: Shots Fired At Active Scene In Philadelphia A gunman barricaded in a Philadelphia home brought a large police presence to the scene Monday, July 10, city police told Daily Voice on Monday morning.  Officers were called to the 4500 block of Bleigh Avenue in Mayfair just before 11 a.m. the department said.
